Orders are processed within 2 Business Days. Due to the personalized nature of our gifts, most orders take between 2-3 weeks with some orders taking up to 5 to 6 weeks. We will notify you if any item is back ordered.
No orders will be shipped on holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking information once your package has shipped.

Orders being sent to a PO Box cannot be tracked.
We strongly encourage you NOT to ship to a PO Box.
Out of the Box is not responsible for lost or missing orders sent to any PO Box.

Most orders ship via UPS.
Out of the Box will not assume responsibility for any transportation delays or damage to the product during delivery.
Returns & Exchanges | Back to Top
NO REFUNDS, unless we sent you the wrong item which you did NOT order. Due to the personalized nature of our gifts, they are not returnable unless there is a mistake on our part and the product is not what you ordered. If it is not a personalized gift, we offer a Store Credit (excluding Shipping) if you return your product within 5 days of purchase. The item MUST be in resalable condition! If you simply doní t want it, you pay the return shipping and we will give you a store credit in the cost of the product plus a 25% restocking fee.
Personalized gifts are not returnable. Non-personalized gifts must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a Store Credit (excluding Shipping). Please email, email@example.com and we will give you a return code and address to return the product too.
Please include a copy of the receipt (if it is not a gift), phone, fax or email information so we can contact you if necessary without making you wait for us to send a letter back to you if you have a question.

There is a 10% service charge for all cancellations after an order has been processed online or by phone.
The cancellation charge will not apply if the order is rescheduled to a date no more than 4 business days after the originally scheduled day of delivery.
Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not been processed by the company. This is up to the discretion of Out of the Box and the companies they deal with if the order cannot be cancelled.

Out of the Box will not distribute your private information to anyone for any reason. Your private information will not be used for any purpose other than to process your orders. Our site is certified by Authorize.net to ensure a secure site.
Out of the Box accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. We also accept Checks.
